PROPERTY TAX APPEAL SEMINAR

The Irvington Chamber hosted a seminar to educate Irvington commercial and residential property owners on appealing their property taxes. The breakfast seminar was held at the Masonic Lodge on Sanford Avenue; refreshments were provided by the ISABID. Guest speaker was Robert Spiotti, Esq. of the Davenport & Spiotti law firm of Montville. More than 40 people attended. |

This annual holiday luncheon is co-sponsored by the Chamber, ISABID, and CBID. Local seniors are treated to a free lunch just prior to Thanksgiving.

The annual Valor Awards Dinner was held at The Galloping Hill Inn in Union, NJ. Local police and fire officials are recognized for acts of heroism and extraordinary service.

The Chamber honored Alison Bryant(center right) with its 2010 Civic Award and Ron Alston (with bowtie) with its 2010 Community Service Award on March 24, 2010. The Irvington Auxiliary Police also received special acknowledgement.
